Inspired by Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice, this tie honors a story where wealth, risk and  intellect converge in the world’s most powerful trading republic. In the play, Venice stands as a symbol of commerce, a city built on contracts, courage and character. We chose to dedicate this design to that legacy because the true Venetian merchant was more than a trader, he was cultured, strategic and impeccably presented; a man whose appearance carried as much weight as his word. The pattern reflects this balance: details governed by disciplined structure. The Merchant of Venice is  a tie for the modern gentleman who values intellect as much as elegance.
