Silvio Fiorello wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on this website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order or the items have manufacturing defects, you may return any UNUSED products within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back, please make sure that all the following conditions have been met. You will be responsible for the shipment’s charge to return your item, however should the item be defected we will refund your postage/courier charges.

The product you wish to return can be sent back only after you have first submitted an email to info@silviofiorello.com or used our self-service returns service within thirty (30) days from delivery.

Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Bespoke and personalised products are non refundable.

Must be shipped back to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of request the return of your merchandise to the following address:

If all of these conditions are met, Silvio Fiorello Inc. will refund the value of the returned product(s) minus any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above. If you are not entitled to a refund, within fourteen (14) days of notification you may request that the merchandise be returned to you at your own expense, and in the condition in which it was received by our warehouse. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within the fourteen (14) day period, you authorize Silvio Fiorello Inc. and any of its affiliates or agents to dispose of the merchandise as it sees fit.

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
